The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with effective problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, both verbal and written. Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality software systems is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
