Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires strong communication skills, math skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest services in a hotel or resort environment. Duties Welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Manage reservations using hotel management software and phone systems. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Multilingual skills are desirable to cater to diverse guests. Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
