Main Responsibilities:

Greets guests and owners on arrival. Check in/out guests. Generates folio and collects payments. Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel. Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information. Answering phones and directing calls.
