Job Description

The Cranberry Hotel is looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional 3rd Shift Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a calm, welcoming environment during overnight hours. Schedule 3rd shift / overnight hours 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Weekend and holiday availability may be required Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service throughout the night. Check guests in and out using the hotel's reservation system. Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and assist with requests. Handle payments, reservations, and basic front-desk transactions accurately. Monitor the lobby and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Complete overnight paperwork, reports, and other night-audit/front-desk duties as assigned. Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Communicate important information to the morning shift. Follow hotel policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Previous hotel, front-desk, customer-service, or cash-handling experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable and punctual with the ability to work overnight hours. Comfortable working independently with limited supervision. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel software. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
