Oglebay Park P/T Good Zoo Guest Services Attendant Summary The Good Zoo Guest Services Attendant serves as a frontline representative, providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with questions and requests, processing transactions accurately, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and supporting fellow team members across departments as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Provide accurate information regarding services, programs, events, and facilities. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems while handling cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately. Balance cash drawers and follow established cash-handling procedures. Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work area. Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining guest service areas. Support other departments and team members as business needs require. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide administrative support as needed. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards. Promote a positive guest experience through exceptional service and attention to detail. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Training is provided.
