Front Desk Clerk
Description:
The Front Desk Clerk serves as the first point of contact for patrons and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment at PAC. This position supports daily operations through accurate transactions, clear communication, and consistent customer service. Additional duties during this time of the day include - making change, assisting with vending, assisting children with calling home, checking out equipment, monitoring the lobby, and rule enforcement.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years or older. Adult/Child CPR/First Aid certification required within 3 months of hire. Preferred experience includes customer service, clerical or receptionist, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
Terms:
Starts at $17/hour.
Average of 16-18 hours per week. Regular shift hours will be from afternoon to closing and 1-2 Saturdays per month with occasional fill-in for other shifts to include morning opening, evening closing or Saturday shifts.
