Job Description

Job Summary The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff leadership, financial performance, and brand compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong hospitality experience and a proven track record of success in hotel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance Lead, support, and develop team members to create a positive and productive work environment Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and respond to concerns in a timely, professional manner Manage revenue, occupancy, and expenses to meet performance goals Handle budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day financial oversight Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies Monitor online reviews and continuously improve the guest experience
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of hotel management experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role (GM or AGM preferred) Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards Proven ability to lead teams and manage daily operations effectively Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with branded hotels is a plus Preferably have worked with the IHG brand (Avid brand ideally, but not required)
