You will be instrumental in developing strategic sales initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless hotel operations to deliver outstanding guest services. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings, revenue, and brand visibility across multiple channels. Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local partners to expand market reach. Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest relations, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Supervise hotel staff across departments such as human resources, guest services, and night audit to foster a collaborative team environment. Manage budgeting processes, revenue management initiatives, and cost controls to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, health & safety regulations, and hotel policies. Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail. Oversee the implementation of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette standards, and front desk procedures. Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Coordinate marketing campaigns utilizing digital platforms, social media, and local outreach efforts to attract diverse clientele. Experience Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles. Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of hotel operations including front desk management, night audit procedures, and guest services. Demonstrated success in sales & marketing strategies tailored for the hospitality sector. Knowledge of revenue management techniques to maximize occupancy and profitability. Strong background in hospitality management with leadership skills that inspire teams toward excellence. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests effectively. Experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and employee development is preferred. Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels enhances suitability for this role.
