Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Resort Manager, where your leadership and passion for guest service will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. In this energetic role, you will support the Resort Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest relations, and maintaining a vibrant, efficient environment. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will be vital in driving revenue, managing staff, and upholding the high standards that define our resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a positive impact in a lively resort setting. Assist the Resort Manager in supervising daily resort operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and hospitality functions Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and smooth teamwork Oversee guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors Manage revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies and budgeting practices to maximize profitability Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated workforce Supervise night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to hotel policies Oversee the use of multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette while handling reservations and guest requests efficiently Support resort management initiatives by implementing policies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations Strong background in hotel management, hotel experience preferred with knowledge of front desk operations and guest services Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for diverse guests Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with international visitors Experience in revenue management, budgeting, and human resources practices within a resort or hotel setting Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is advantageous Passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward guest relations and team development Embark on this rewarding journey where your leadership fuels memorable guest experiences!
