WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Provide daily supervision and guidance to Front Office colleagues in partnership with the Assistant Front Office Managers and Front Office Manager, ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional guest service. Oversee reception, registration, and account settlement processes to maintain smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, using sound judgment and service‑focused problem solving. Support the Front Office leadership team in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs across key disciplines, including Registration, Guest Services, PBX, and Night Audit. Contribute to performance management efforts by participating in colleague evaluations, coaching, counseling, and ongoing development initiatives. Promote teamwork, communication, and service excellence throughout all Front Office functions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating the foundational qualifications required for the role. Bring at least one year of supervisory experience in a related field, with proven ability to lead and support frontline team members. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong aptitude for delivering outstanding guest service. Exhibit strong organizational abilities and the capacity to perform well under pressure while working effectively with a wide variety of people. Utilize sound independent decision‑making skills to manage guest situations, operational needs, and team support confidently. Maintain a valid state driver's license.
