As General Manager, you will oversee all property operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a dedicated team to deliver an exceptional extended-stay experience. You will have full accountability for financial performance, guest retention, staff leadership, and maintaining premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, engineering, and guest service teams.

Financial Performance:

Manage annual budgets, optimize occupancy and RevPAR, control labor costs, and achieve P&L goals.

Guest Experience:

Maintain high quality standards tailored to extended-stay guests, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.

Team Building & Culture:

Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Sales & Community Engagement:

Partner with regional sales teams to build local corporate relationships and leverage our prime location in The Bridges.

Compliance & Audits:

Ensure compliance with brand standards, local/state regulations, and company safety protocols. Qualifications 3+ years of hotel General Manager experience required (extended-stay experience strongly preferred). Proven track record of managing hotel finances, revenue growth, and budget compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills. In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics in the greater Tucson area. Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
