Position:

Front Desk Supervisor As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Communicating with booking, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guest needs. Making reservations or appointments for guests seeking local entertainment or services. Answering guest calls and documenting details for future follow-up. Anticipating guest needs and suggesting local venues to enhance their stay. Maintaining constant communication with guests for special events like weddings and corporate retreats. Reporting any accidents or injuries to senior management immediately.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma/GED required. 2+ years of front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred. 1+ years of customer service experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
