Southern California with travel required toSeattle, WA and Denver, CO Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Traveling Hotel Task Force Manager to support operations across multiple Motel 6 properties. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys traveling to assist hotels with operational support, leadership transitions, and performance improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Provide temporary management support for hotel operations Assist properties during transitions and leadership coverage as needed Ensure brand standards and guest service expectations are maintained Support front office, housekeeping, and overall hotel operations Train and assist on site management teamsTravel Requirements:
Frequent travel required across Southern California, Seattle, WA, and Denver, CO Ability to travel on short notice when operational support is needed Travel expenses covered by the companyQualifications:
3+ years of hotel management experience (Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager level preferred) Strong operational and leadership skills Ability to type, use a computer and navigate iPads efficiently Experience with hotel PMS systems (HotelKey preferred but not required) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to travel frequently toSouthern CA, Seattle and Denver Benefits:
