Compensation Range:

$90,000 - $95,000 annually + a 25% bonus incentive

What You Will Be Doing:

Oversee multiple locations, including managers within a specified region to ensure operational excellence. Review, establish, and maintain budgets and P&L for profitability. Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. Work with the marketing team to create proposals, submit bids, and negotiate contracts. Advise clients of technological enhancements, revenue potential, and opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency. Review current operational processes. Modernize or streamline as needed. Work with leadership and corporate teams to implement initiatives and strategies. Hire, train, and develop staff.

What We Are Looking For:

Must possess 5+ years of managerial experience. Ability to review and develop a budget and P&L. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Parking or hospitality experience preferred. Ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet client requirements. Ability to travel to multi-site locations within a specified area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
