Job Description

General Manager (Marriott/Hilton Branded) Confidential Irvine, CA 92606 From $120,000 a year - Full-time From $120,000 a year - Full-time MUST have GM experience at a Marriott/ Hilton full service hotel Improve and maintain GSS/ Stay Score Ensures that all brand standards are being maintained in each area of the property Ability to drive revenue while maintaining cost Ability to lead the hotel team Focused on guest satisfaction scores and strategies to improvements Oversees the operation of the all hotel property departments Maintains current licenses and permits as prescribed by local, state and federal agencies Provides a safe working environment in compliance with
OSHA/MSDS
Communicate on any changes that proposed changes or projects to management team and/or above property leaders Cover front desk shifts as needed Ensures each department has accurate and complete inventory and all supplies are maintained Assists department managers scheduling against hotel occupancy Provide team supervisors and managers with constructive coaching and counseling Provides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests Ensures training and onboarding of all new team members are thorough and completed in a timely fashion Follow policies on cost control measures Job Requirements 5+ years of previous hotel management experience with a proven success in leadership of teams and guest service results A bachelors degree Exceptional time management and multitasking skills Works well under stress Customer focus and consistently strive to deliver optimal employee and customer satisfaction for the hotel Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
