In this vital role, you will oversee daily guest services, manage front desk staff, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your leadership will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service and uphold hotel standards Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and daily reports Resolve guest concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs seamlessly Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by practicing excellent phone etiquette and hospitality practices at all times Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members Multilingual or bilingual skills to assist diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Experience in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and guest relations Fosse Trained Preferred This role is perfect for energetic professionals eager to make a positive impact in the hospitality industry.
