In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team dedicated to hospitality excellence. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Duties Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Oversee reservation systems and ensure accurate booking management while optimizing room occupancy. Handle night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and closing daily financial transactions. Maintain professional phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with other departments. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards related to guest services, safety protocols, and hospitality management. Support the development of multilingual staff to enhance communication with diverse guests from around the world. Skills Proven experience in hotel management or front desk supervision within a resort or hospitality environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to effectively communicate with international guests. Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel operations, and hospitality standards. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries professionally.
