Overnight Guest Experience & Safety Manager Drift Palm Springs 4 Nights Per Week | 10-Hour Shifts | Full-Time Be the Calm in the Desert While Everyone Else Sleeps Drift Palm Springs is looking for an Overnight Guest Experience & Safety Manager to oversee the guest experience, safety, and nightly operations of the hotel. This isn't your typical overnight security position. You'll be the face of the hotel overnight—welcoming late arrivals, assisting guests, conducting property rounds, resolving issues, monitoring safety, and preparing the hotel for the next day. You'll work independently, make decisions confidently, and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for our guests. If you're dependable, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and enjoy working independently, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome and assist guests arriving overnight Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally Conduct regular property and security rounds Monitor guest and public areas to ensure safety and security Assist with overnight check-ins and check-outs Complete nightly audit and reservation preparation tasks Communicate with remote guest services teams and hotel leadership Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally Troubleshoot minor maintenance and housekeeping requests Complete detailed nightly activity reports Ensure the hotel is ready for the following day's operations What We're Looking For Prior hotel, hospitality, guest service, security, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent judgment and professionalism Comfortable using technology, messaging platforms, and hotel systems Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies appropriately Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the shift Schedule Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week Overnight schedule Weekends and holidays required Why Drift?
