Standard benefits; local candidates only The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations for a fine dining restaurant within a full-service resort property. This role ensures elevated service standards, polished guest experiences, and operational excellence in a high-touch, detail-driven environment. Qualifications Proven experience in a management role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment Strong leadership and floor presence with the ability to coach and develop service teams Solid understanding of labor management, scheduling, and guest satisfaction metrics Responsibilities Support daily FOH operations, ensuring refined service execution and guest experience excellence Lead pre-shift meetings, staff development, and performance accountability initiatives Partner with culinary and senior leadership to drive revenue, cost control, and operational consistency
