Job Description Job Summary:
As a Front Office Supervisor you will be the face of our establishment, overseeing all aspects of the front office operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality management and possess strong leadership skills, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Handle online and phone reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide guests with information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments to meet guest needs promptly.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain clean, organized, and well-equipped guest rooms.
  • Confirm group bookings and arrange personalized services for special guests.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services when appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of reservations, payments, and guest interactions.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for effective guest relations.
  • Strong background in front desk operations and guest services is highly desirable.
