Assistant Front Desk Manager

The BarnYard Pet Ranch is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager with at least one year of management experience. Love dogs? Skilled in providing exceptional customer service? The BarnYard Pet Ranch , the area's premier pet care business , is looking for a high-energy, polished individual to join our team as a full-time Assistant Front Desk Manager . We're family-owned and operated and have been providing superior pet care since 2010. We offer high-quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, and professional bathing services. Exhibits a positive, enthusiastic, and cheerful demeanor toward others Self-motivated with strong work ethic, time management skills, & attention to detail Leads by example by being a professional and respectful example for the team Effective written and communication skills, including accurate record-keeping skills Ability to handle busy daily schedule and ensure completion of daily goals Ability to consistently hold individuals accountable when necessary Duties Work at and oversee front desk operations, including client arrival and departure procedures, accurate documentation, and pet information Oversee the interviewing and training of new front desk/reception staff Manage and provide performance feedback for front desk/reception staff Resolve any dog and client issues in a positive, professional manner Develop and continually review/update department procedures Ensure all staff members are practicing current department procedures Maintain inventory of lobby and other departments as needed Assist in other pet care departments when needed Review and address any Open Invoices Monitor list of VIP Lodging and Daycare clients Review invoices for accuracy Assist with staff scheduling The Perks Competitive pay Paid time off Employee discounts Work in one of the most fun and rewarding industries!
