In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and support the management team in maintaining high standards across all departments. Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless service delivery Lead and motivate staff by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment Oversee guest relations to ensure exceptional service experiences, promptly resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm Support revenue management strategies by monitoring occupancy levels, optimizing room rates, and assisting with budgeting efforts Manage human resources functions such as scheduling, onboarding new team members, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures Coordinate night audit activities to ensure accurate financial records and reporting at the end of each shift Maintain high standards of hotel management including cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to hospitality regulations All duties assigned by management/ownership Qualifications Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management setting Strong background in hospitality management with comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff Experience in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and customer service is preferred Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and guest relations practices Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and enthusiasm Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in a lively hospitality environment.
