Job Description

Hotel General Manager Cambria Hotel Colorado Springs 1875 Democracy Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80908 $90,000 a year $90,000 a year The General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel in accordance with our vision and mission statement and core values. The General Manager's responsibilities include the maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. The General Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, we're looking for a self-starter and understand the position requires 24-hour availability
Compensation:
$90,000+ Depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. Lead staff training meetings and ensure operational checklists and safety protocols are followed. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team. Oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in hospitality preferred.
