In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and coordinate with various departments to deliver memorable guest experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while maintaining a lively and positive environment for both guests and staff. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest assistance processes. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information to guests and visitors. Oversee night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs proactively. Train new team members on hotel policies, customer service protocols, and phone etiquette to uphold service excellence. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and billing details while ensuring data confidentiality. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service. Bilingual or multilingual skills highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations management is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous hotel experience in resort or hospitality settings is highly desirable.
