In this energetic role, you will perform maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and perform preventative maintenance programs to uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will drive continuous improvement in our property's mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems, fostering a proactive maintenance culture that supports our commitment to excellence. Duties Perform work up to but not limited to: including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and low/high voltage equipment Perform preventative maintenance schedules using Quore software to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial maintenance tasks, or high voltage systems Monitor building safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all mechanical and electrical systems Lead project management initiatives for facility upgrades or renovations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints Qualifications Proven experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with a focus on hospitality or manufacturing sectors Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on electrical experience, including working with low voltage and high voltage systems Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams accurately Knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial maintenance practices, and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and external vendors Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Join us as a Hotel Maintenance Manager where your expertise will ensure our property operates smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Pay:
