Job Description

Description Do you have a passion to create memorable moments by WOWing guests and co-workers with your gift of hospitality, creativity and leadership style? You could be the Front Desk Supervisor we are seeking!
Job Overview:
Assisting the Front Office Manager in the day to day operations of the front desk while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Warmly welcome and register guests, to assisting with guest departures while providing prompt and courteous service. Ensuring the guest stay meets Hilton's Brand Standards. Resolving any guest issues. Assist with the supervision and training of the front office staff. Will act as MOD when required.
Requirements:
MUST have previous hotel front desk supervisory experience or hotel front desk experience OnQ or PEP and Hilton experience preferred Outstanding guest service skills; Strong hospitality skills Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AMs and PMs Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays Neat and professional appearance
