Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual for our Front Desk Manager position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience of working in hotel/resort reception positions. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and effectively. As the first point of contact person for many guests and visitors, this role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations, supporting and developing team members, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and visitors. Manage all front desk operations, including greeting guests and visitors with professionalism and courtesy Active and consistent involvement in hiring, training and coaching team members Schedule staff for optimum coverage throughout the 24-hour period based on occupancy forecasts and payroll budgeting Oversee Night Audit functions and monitor reports for accuracy Handle phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Experience in basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, filing systems, and record maintenance Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a professional manner that consistently demonstrates excellent interactive skills Ensure office procedures and policies are followed efficiently to optimize workflow and productivity Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects professional standards Proven experience in hotel / resort Front Desk operations Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proven experience in using Opera POS system is essential Experience in using Aloha POS system desirable but not essential Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills Attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively This position offers an engaging and dynamic work environment where organizational skills and customer service excellence are valued. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient front office operations while providing outstanding support to our guests and visitors. The position will qualify for revenue-based incentives.
Pay:
