Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team at a vibrant hospitality establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence. Duties Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold hotel standards Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns, providing information about hotel amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain a smooth flow of communication between departments to support hotel operations and guest experiences Train new team members on hospitality protocols, phone etiquette, and hotel management software Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk supervision within a hotel or resort environment Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, guest services, and front desk operations Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle night audit responsibilities efficiently and accurately Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences!
