Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Night Bar Manager to lead our evening operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in bar management, thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment, and knows how to create a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nightly bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Manage and schedule bartenders and support staff Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs Ensure compliance with all local alcohol laws and safety regulations Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Train, coach, and motivate team members

Qualifications:

Previous bar management or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure Responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
