In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, manage guest relations, and coordinate communication between departments. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring all guests feel valued and attended to from check-in to check-out. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members. Responsibilities Supervise front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservations management Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Oversee night audit processes, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel management systems and reservation platforms for smooth operations Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Support multilingual guests by providing bilingual assistance when needed, enhancing overall guest relations Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk supervision with a strong background in guest services Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including bilingual proficiency, to connect with diverse guests and team members Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling reservations, guest requests, and administrative tasks
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
