Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, and foster a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to outstanding customer service. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction across our resort or hotel property. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to showcase their management skills and passion for guest relations. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with excellent phone etiquette. Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to guarantee timely service delivery and operational excellence. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, update reports, and prepare for the next day's operations. Train new team members on hotel management systems, customer service standards, and hospitality best practices. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing details, and incident reports to ensure compliance with hotel policies. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment. Strong background in guest services, customer relations, and hotel management procedures. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests. Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
