Hospitality:
3 years (Preferred Hotel management: 2 years (Preferred) Job Duties We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual with a passion for the hospitality industry to join us in our pursuit to deliver an exceptional hotel experience while upholding the company's core principles and culture. As the Property Manager , you play an essential role in taking care of our #1 asset: our guests. You will be managing the front desk and housekeeping departments. We encourage any new coaching and development opportunities you may bring that will deliver exceptional customer service. We welcome anyone with a can-do attitude to our team. We expect all employees to do whatever it takes to get the job done the right way for our guests and our employees.
Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Mature, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong time management skills Ability to work with minimal supervision. Self-Starter Maximize occupancy rates and profitability through utilizing Internet Booking and Property Management Systems Interact with customers to obtain feedback on service levels Verify that all Fire Life safety and OSHA regulations are up to date Manage inventories of hotel supplies • Provide executive support to owners • Coordinate accounts receivable, purchases, and bank deposits Prefer 3 years' hotel experience in front and back office, including management experience Flexibility with hours Leadership strengths with the ability to make common sense decisions.
