Oversee customer communication, especially when Manager is not present Excellent communication Skills Ability to effectively give and receive positive/construction feedback Positive, highly motivated self-starter Reliable transportation Be physically able - you will be on your feet almost all the time and the job requires lifting of up to 40 lbs Ability to pass a criminal background test What you do: Help Manage a team of 15-20 employees Highly Motivated and Positive! Ability to effectively manage, discipline and lead team members while building a fun and hardworking culture Take responsibility to drive revenue while effectively managing the cost structure Work with staff to ensure best-in-class customer service to both the human customers and dogs Foster a positive and happy work environment and maintain positive store morale Consistently and quickly exercise professional judgement Be dependable, trustworthy, and show up for shifts on time
