In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, drive revenue growth, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and staff are motivated to excel. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive hotel management experience, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments seamlessly. Duties Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services Lead and supervise staff across departments, ensuring high standards of performance and guest satisfaction Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize occupancy and profitability Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Maintain budget controls, monitor expenses, and optimize operational efficiency Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards Handle guest relations proactively by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate services effectively Foster a positive team environment through leadership in hospitality management practices Experience Proven supervising experience in a hotel or resort setting with a track record of successful team leadership Extensive hospitality management background with knowledge of hotel operations and guest services Strong understanding of revenue management techniques to drive profitability Experience in budgeting, human resources management, and customer service excellence Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems Demonstrated leadership skills in hospitality environments with a focus on guest relations and operational excellence
