Overview Step into the dynamic role of Hotel General Manager, where you will lead the entire hotel operation with energy and enthusiasm. Your mission is to create memorable guest experiences while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and team engagement. As the heartbeat of the hotel, you will oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize resources, and uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead and supervise staff across departments, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Develop and implement strategies for revenue management, pricing optimization, and occupancy enhancement to maximize profitability. Manage budgets meticulously, monitor financial performance, and analyze reports such as night audits to ensure fiscal health. Maintain exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with hospitality standards. Implement policies for safety, security (including CCTV surveillance), and regulatory compliance to protect guests and staff alike. Coordinate with resort or hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during peak seasons or special events. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle reservations and guest inquiries effectively. Skills Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within a hospitality setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests confidently. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment. Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring procedures and staff development. Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit processes, and multi-line phone systems. Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette standard. Experience managing resort or large-scale hotel environments preferred; hospitality management certification is a plus.
