As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the property runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services to ensure seamless daily functioning Lead, motivate, and supervise staff across departments to promote teamwork, high performance, and professional development Manage hotel revenue through strategic pricing, occupancy optimization, and effective revenue management techniques Maintain exceptional customer service standards by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to build a strong team culture Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded while maintaining quality standards Implement hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Foster positive guest relations by creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and positive reviews Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and overall presentation Collaborate with our marketing team to develop marketing strategies that enhance visibility and occupancy Experience Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a track record of leadership success Extensive hotel experience across various departments such as front desk management, or guest services Strong background in revenue management strategies to maximize profitability Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs diplomatically Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring processes and staff development Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis within a hospitality setting Leadership qualities that inspire teams to excel in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail in night audit procedures or front desk operations Join us as our Hotel General Manager if you're ready to lead with energy and passion!
