Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate staff across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of guest service. Manage revenue streams through strategic pricing, upselling techniques, and effective revenue management practices. Supervise human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Maintain exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors. Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while fostering a positive work environment. Coordinate with department heads to implement marketing strategies that boost occupancy and enhance the hotel's reputation. Handle complex guest issues with professionalism and empathy while maintaining high levels of customer service. Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to manage reservations, inquiries, and internal communications efficiently. Conduct night audits when necessary to verify daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record keeping. Requirements Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry. Strong background in hospitality management with comprehensive hotel experience. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective leadership capabilities. Proficiency in revenue management techniques and budgeting processes. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests and teams. Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring, training, and staff development. Familiarity with front desk operations, guest services protocols, and multi-line phone systems. Experience managing resort or large-scale hotel properties is a plus. Ability to handle night audit procedures and oversee night shift operations confidently.
