As an Inspector Supervisor at Hotel 43, you will oversee the inspection of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet and exceed quality standards, while leading and supporting team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Job Duties/Responsibilities Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met and exceeded. Communicate with management about issues within guest rooms or public areas, identify patterns, and assist in the training process of Room Attendants. Support Room Attendants by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and tools to perform their job effectively. Coordinate closely with the Front Desk regarding room status and guest requests to ensure guest satisfaction. Step into the role of Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Houseman, or other roles as business needs require. Serve as a leader and role model for all associates, promoting a professional and service-oriented work environment. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Shift:

Must be open to flexibility Tuesday-Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 730am to 4pm (Opening shift) $17/hr

Requirements:

Job Requirements Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills required. Solid leadership skills with the ability to coach and train associates. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure. Professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitude.

Schedule:

Thursday-Monday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, kneel for long periods of time.
