We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, lead on-site teams, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. Position Summary The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall management of TradeStay property operations, including guest services, housekeeping coordination, staff supervision, property maintenance oversight, budgeting, and operational performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in hospitality management. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day hotel and property operations Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns Supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency Monitor occupancy, reservations, and revenue performance Coordinate vendor relationships and property maintenance schedules Train, mentor, and evaluate team members Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards Assist with budgeting, reporting, and cost control initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of hotel, hospitality, or property management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with hotel management software and reservation systems preferred Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and financial management skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred Preferred Skills Experience managing extended-stay or workforce housing properties Knowledge of maintenance coordination and vendor management Revenue management and occupancy optimization experience Bilingual communication skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Paid time off Health and wellness benefits Career growth opportunities Supportive and fast-growing company culture Why Join TradeStay?
