We are seeking a dynamic, people-first General Manager to lead our team into its next chapter of excellence. This is more than an operations role. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate brings: ▸ A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences ▸ A collaborative leadership style that builds high-performing teams rooted in trust and accountability ▸ The ability to inspire enthusiasm and excellence at every level of the organization ▸ Sharp business acumen balanced with emotional intelligence ▸ Comfort with change — you embrace new technology, processes, and challenges as opportunities Required Qualifications ▸ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager ▸ Demonstrated success driving guest satisfaction scores, RevPAR performance, and NOI ▸ Proven track record of budget management, financial accountability, and P&L ownership ▸ Proficiency in Opera Cloud (PMS) — required ▸ Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams ▸ Experience building and sustaining positive, results-driven workplace cultures ▸ Comfort with technological troubleshooting and rapid adaptation to new systems and tools Preferred Qualifications These are a plus — not all are required: ▸ Food & Beverage management experience, including full-service restaurant operations ▸ Event and banquet management — from intimate gatherings to signature property events ▸ Lifestyle and/or resort hotel experience in an independent or boutique environment ▸ Experience leading a property through brand evolution, renovation, or relaunch Key Responsibilities ▸ Lead all hotel operations across rooms, F&B, events, and guest services ▸ Champion team culture through regular coaching, recognition, and accountability ▸ Own full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control ▸ Drive revenue strategy in partnership with sales and revenue management teams ▸ Maintain Opera Cloud system integrity and oversee staff training on technology ▸ Uphold and enhance award-winning standards across all guest touchpoints ▸ Build and retain a high-performing leadership team through mentorship and development ▸ Manage vendor relationships, capital projects, and property maintenance ▸ Serve as the visible, inspiring face of the property for guests, partners, and community ▸ Adapt swiftly to operational challenges and introduce innovative solutions Our Culture Promise We believe exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional team experiences.
