In this pivotal role, you will drive excellence in guest services, ensure operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize revenue streams, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape memorable guest experiences while managing a thriving hotel property. Duties Provide strategic leadership to all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless daily operations. Oversee guest relations by maintaining exceptional customer service standards, resolving issues promptly, and cultivating positive guest experiences. Manage hotel budgets, control expenses, and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability. Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and human resources functions to build a motivated and professional team. Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes. Coordinate night audit procedures to verify financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. Develop and implement policies that promote safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence across the property. Foster a culture of hospitality by promoting guest services excellence and ensuring all team members deliver outstanding guest relations. Utilize hospitality management software to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health standards, and safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience. Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques and budgeting practices within the hospitality industry. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems. Deep understanding of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, human resources, and night audit procedures. Experience working in resort or large hotel settings is preferred for understanding complex hospitality environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
