Duties Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Lead and supervise staff across departments, ensuring effective communication and high performance through coaching and development. Manage revenue strategies by implementing pricing policies, monitoring occupancy rates, and optimizing profit margins through proactive revenue management. Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations to build a motivated team. Oversee budgeting processes, control expenses, and ensure compliance with financial goals while maintaining quality standards. Maintain smooth operations during night shifts by overseeing night audit procedures and ensuring security protocols are followed. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously. Implement policies related to guest safety, hotel security, and emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Collaborate with local vendors and service providers to enhance guest amenities and hotel offerings. Experience Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with demonstrated leadership skills. Extensive hotel experience covering front desk operations, guest services, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments. Strong background in revenue management strategies to maximize profitability in a competitive market. Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent customer service skills with an ability to handle guest complaints effectively and professionally. Experience managing budgets and controlling costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hospitality management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
