Hotel Assistant General Manager

Duties Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, and housekeeping Supervise and motivate staff across departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies and occupancy management Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards Handle guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day Maintain effective communication using multi-line phone systems while practicing professional phone etiquette Support budgeting processes and monitor expenses to maximize profitability Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events or group bookings Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations Strong knowledge of revenue management strategies and hotel management systems Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Extensive hotel experience including front desk operations, guest services, and night audit procedures Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Familiarity with human resources practices such as staffing, training, and conflict resolution Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures Excellent communication skills suited for multi-line phone systems and guest interactions Knowledge of hospitality standards specific to resorts or large-scale hotels Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in a vibrant hospitality environment.
