Front Desk Supervisor

Front Desk Supervisor Harbor Hotel - Provincetown, MA. We're looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team and help create exceptional guest experiences. The responsibilities of the Front Desk Supervisor include: Lead and support front desk team members during daily operations Train, coach, and schedule staff to ensure smooth, efficient service Deliver outstanding guest service and handle any concerns with professionalism Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments Maintain front desk standards, supplies, and organization Assist with hiring, training, and performance management Ensure all policies, procedures, and service standards are followed

Qualifications:
