Position Overview "Smile — and the world smiles back." As a Front Desk Supervisor, you are the face of the hotel. You will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service while supporting front desk operations and ensuring brand standards are met. You'll handle guest interactions, problem-solving, and daily front desk functions with professionalism, efficiency, and a hospitality-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and oversee check-in and check-out operations Ensure a smooth and efficient front desk experience aligned with Marriott standards Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Process payments and maintain compliance with cash handling and accounting procedures Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests Assist with upselling and revenue optimization strategies Answer calls and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Prepare and review daily reports as needed Support team operations and maintain strong interdepartmental communication Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and operational policies What We're Looking For Experience with Marriott systems and LightSpeed PMS preferred Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience strongly preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts Overnight availability is a plus (but not required) Skills & Abilities Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems, email, reports) Ability to follow procedures while making sound decisions Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Working Conditions Primarily indoor hotel environment Standing for extended periods Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) Frequent movement throughout the property Additional Information Must be authorized to work in the United States Background check required prior to employment Equal Opportunity Employer Final Note If you're someone who takes initiative, wants to grow, and thrives in hospitality — this is the place for you.
