Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Guest Service Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. In this vital role, you will ensure every guest receives outstanding service, manage daily guest interactions, and oversee the smooth functioning of the front desk. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere that highlights our commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee all guest services activities at the front desk, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Supervise front desk staff, providing training on hotel procedures, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone system operations. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues swiftly. Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing processes. Foster guest relations by creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive reviews. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, guest services, and night audit procedures. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience working in resorts or similar hospitality settings is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
