This energetic leader will drive guest satisfaction, optimize revenue, and ensure smooth daily functions across departments. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences. As the face of the hotel, you will foster a welcoming environment while managing staff, budgets, and strategic initiatives to elevate our property's reputation and performance. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Lead, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a positive work environment. Develop and implement strategies for revenue management, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and occupancy optimization. Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet financial goals. Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of customer service through effective phone etiquette and guest interaction. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during peak times or special events at the resort or hotel. Utilize multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism. Conduct night audits and oversee front desk activities to guarantee accurate billing and record-keeping. Foster a culture of hospitality excellence by implementing staff training programs focused on guest services and hotel standards. Experience Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a track record of leadership success. Extensive hotel experience covering front desk management, guest services, and resort operations. Strong background in revenue management strategies to maximize profitability. Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring, training, employee relations, and compliance. Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and cost control initiatives within a hospitality setting. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems as well as multi-line phone systems is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams with enthusiasm while maintaining high standards of customer service in fast-paced environments.
