Job Description

Front Desk Manager We are seeking an experienced, service-focused Front Desk Manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to lead front desk operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front desk operations and guest service functions Lead, train, and motivate front desk team members Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally Manage scheduling. and shift coverage for the front desk team Monitor hotel standards, policies, and procedures Assist with upselling opportunities, and overall guest satisfaction scores Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance to ensure smooth hotel operations
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk supervisory or management experience required Preferred experience with Hilton brand standards and systems Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Proficient with hotel property management systems Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
