Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will set the tone for a positive environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily front desk activities, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining exceptional customer service standards Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information with professional phone etiquette Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction Coordinate night audit procedures to reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy during overnight shifts Lead and train front desk staff in hospitality management practices, including guest services, hotel policies, and hospitality standards Maintain organized records of reservations, guest requests, and incident reports to ensure smooth operations Foster a welcoming environment by promoting teamwork and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and hotel policies Experience Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong background in front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Previous experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a resort or hotel environment Knowledge of guest services software systems and hotel management tools is advantageous Strong communication skills coupled with excellent guest relations capabilities are essential for success in this role

From $18.00 per hour
