  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading our staff to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality management, with a focus on guest relations and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise front desk staff and manage guest services to enhance the overall guest experience. Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on customer service excellence and hotel policies. Manage night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist with budgeting and financial planning to align with hotel goals. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with human resources for staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain knowledge of hotel systems, including multi-line phone systems, to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of hospitality principles, including guest relations and customer service. Familiarity with revenue management techniques and budgeting processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest communication. Proficient in front desk operations and night audit procedures. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in resorts or similar hospitality environments is advantageous. A commitment to providing outstanding service while maintaining operational excellence.
